Cucine Clandestine website (in Italian)
I visited this little restaurant in the Italian city of Reggio Emilia (near Bologna/Parma/Modena) while working nearby. The staff were friendly, the service efficient, and the pasta dish of tagliolini, cream of asparagus and crushed pistachios was absolutely excellent. It’s normal to get good food in Italy, but this place deserves praise. Thank you to the restaurant, and if you are in the area, give it a go. It’s down a little side street, Via dell’Aquila, just off the main shopping street.
